Apollo is a Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer at Premier Fire. He is responsible for everything digital and data, social media and systems used for the smooth running of the organization.

For over 10 years he worked for the London Fire Brigade and the National Fire Chiefs Council as Head of Data Analytics and advisor on all things data and AI. His international network of friends and colleagues interested in the strategy and management of fire and rescue services spans from the 112 service in Belgium to the Fire Department of New York and the NFPA.

His professional interests lie in the area of Machine Learning and AI and specifically how these new technologies can improve public safety through the aggregation of marginal gains as well as more efficient and impactful strategy, planning and handling of emergencies.

He has a postgraduate degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as well as an undergraduate in Business and Marketing from the University of Kent. He started his career in offshore asset management at Private Bank C. Hoare & Co. analyzing portfolio performance and helping clients and subsequently entered the market research industry helping some of the larger clients at Mintel like Google, Citi and Jaguar Land Rover.

Apollo is a certified lifeguard and volunteer firefighter and forest firefighter since 2007 where he has trained in all elements of firefighting and has been continuously active in the field of forest firefighting, urban fires, traffic accidents etc.
